The Work

How long does it take to build my website?

Most projects are delivered within 48 hours to a week depending on complexity. Landing pages are the fastest. Full multi-page sites and Shopify stores take a bit longer. I'll give you a specific timeline before we start, and I stick to it.

What's the free preview? How does it work?

Before you pay anything, I design a preview of your homepage so you can see exactly what you're getting. If you love it, we move forward. If not, you walk away with zero obligation. I do this because I'm confident in my work, and because you shouldn't have to gamble on a designer you've never worked with.

What if I don't like the design?

The free preview exists so this never happens. But if we're already working together and something isn't right, the Business ($1,500) and Commerce ($2,500) packages include unlimited revisions. I keep working until you're genuinely happy.

Do you use WordPress or website builders?

No. Every site is hand-coded with clean HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. This means faster load times, better SEO, full design control, and no plugin bloat. For e-commerce, I build on Shopify with custom theme code.

The Details

Do I need to provide my own content and images?

It helps to have your copy and photos ready, but it's not a blocker. I can write placeholder copy, source stock imagery, or create mockups to get started. We'll figure out what works for your situation.

What about hosting and domains?

I can deploy to GitHub Pages (free), Netlify, Vercel, or any host you prefer. For Shopify stores, hosting is included in your Shopify plan. I'll help you set up your domain and make sure everything connects properly.

Can you update my existing website instead of building new?

Depends on what you have. If your current site is on a platform I can work with, I'm happy to redesign or improve it. Send me a link and I'll let you know what's possible and what it would cost.

Why should I hire you instead of an agency?

Agencies charge $5,000–$15,000 and pass your project through account managers and junior designers who've never spoken to you. With me, you get direct access to the person doing every pixel of the work. Same quality, faster communication, and pricing starting at $750.

Do I own the website after it's done?

Yes. You own every file, every line of code, the domain, and the hosting account. No lock-in, no subscriptions, no "hostage" situations. It's yours completely.
